Mom Evans Summer Slaw
Ingredients:
- 1 Medium Head Cabbage, Shredded
- 1 Cup Celery, Thinly Sliced
- 1 Small Onion, Thinly Sliced
- 1 Red and 1 Yellow or Purple Pepper, Thinly Sliced
- 1 Large Grated Carrot
- 1 ½ Cups of Sugar
- ¾ Cup of White Vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon of Mustard Seeds
- 1 Teaspoon of Salt
- 1 Teaspoon of Celery Seeds
Directions:
Mix together ingredients and store in refrigerator 24 hours before serving.
